The Wieserlabs IPD4A and IPD4B are highly-integrated true "boxcar" integrators for up to four photodiodes. After a trigger pulse, all four photodiode inputs are integrated simultaneously for an adjustable amount of time (boxcar integrator). Hence, the result is proportional to the amount of light (energy) onto the photodiodes. The measurement is digitized with integrated ultra low noise 20 bit analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) and transferred over a USB link to a computer.
